Get out your calendars! Coming up on Wednesday, April 17th is a community event you do not want to miss. Our fourth annual Bacich Family Maker Night is back!
Come make, create and celebrate with this year’s theme TOUCH AND TASTE. This is a wonderful opportunity to engage and have fun with your kids and see some of the amazing things that happen when you make, explore and collaborate as a family.
This year’s line-up of activities include Touch Labs complete with mystery boxes and tactile fun led by Ms. Zerzan, Ms. Maissonneuve, and Ms. Harris. Families will have an opportunity to design-your-own squishy. Try creating a maze for your friends to solve by using just a sense of touch. Marin Guide Dogs for the Blind and the Marin Humane Society will join Ms. Ross to share about their programs, and Bacich’s beloved Honu will be in attendance too. Bacich Librarian, Ms. Warnick, will take you on a book and maker adventure, which you’ve never seen before; and Mr. Bessonette, our Technology and Maker Coach, has tricks up his sleeve to share as well. There’s a lot more in store to surprise and delight our school families!
Due to the popularity of our Maker Night, the Kentfield School District PTA has scheduled two sessions to accommodate the demand. Join us for Session I from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m. or Session II from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.
Don’t want to cook that night? Dinner will available to purchase from one of our favorite vendors - Abel’s Taco Truck.
Please take time to register and reserve tickets for this event:
We look forward to seeing you there!
